The app
Copperquill (formerly Relic Ledger) does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data.
- Camera and photo access is used only to scan in-game merchant screens. Images are processed entirely on your device using on-device OCR and are never uploaded, stored, or sent anywhere.
- The on-device text recognition is Google ML Kit. Google Play services on your phone may receive basic technical information about its use, such as when a scan ran and whether it succeeded, but never the image or the text it reads. Google handles that information under the Google Privacy Policy.
- No accounts, sign-in, or user profiles.
- No analytics, tracking, or advertising SDKs.
- We share no data with any third party.
App data (preferences, saved progress) is stored only on your device. If Android backup is turned on, Android may include it in your own Google account backup, which we cannot access. Uninstalling the app deletes it from your device.
If you contact us
If you contact us or send a vote by email, we receive only what you send, such as your email address and your message. We use it only to read and answer you, and we never share it.
